What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Monday through Friday
• Inspect and clean coils, check refrigerant levels, and replace filters
• Identify potential issues and communicate findings to customers
• Provide excellent customer service on every call
• Keep accurate notes and job records using Service Titan
• Attend company paid training in order to stay current with industry best practices
• Attend in-house weekly training sessions to improve yourself and the customer's experience (Company breakfast provided!)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year HVAC experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage a full schedule and stay organized

Compensation:

• $18 – $25/hour based on experience
• Monthly performance-based bonuses available
• Overtime opportunities available

A Day in the Life at Dalton Air Conditioning & Heating:

Start your morning at our office located in Pearland by grabbing your fully stocked company truck and checking your schedule on your iPad. Company provides snacks, drinks, and an ice machine to stock up for the day. Your day is filled with maintenance calls for our loyal Comfort Club members; no worrying about slow days or chasing work.

As you move from home to home, you’ll perform all tasks included in our Comfort Club Membership such as washing the outdoor condenser coils, flushing drain lines, checking pressures, replacing filters, and making sure each system is running at its peak performance. You’ll also have the opportunity to spot potential issues early and educate homeowners on keeping their systems running efficiently.

Between calls, you’ll stay connected with our dispatch team for support as needed—but you’ll also have the independence to manage your own route and keep your day running efficiently.

By the end of the day, you’ll head home knowing you stayed productive, helped your customers stay comfortable, and kept their systems running safely and efficiently; without the pressure of high-volume sales.
