This is an entry-level sales + field marketing role where you’ll be out in neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, building confidence, and getting paid while you learn how sales actually works.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you are the first impression of Renewal by Andersen.

You’ll be:

  • Going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
  • Talking with homeowners (no hard selling)
  • Creating interest and setting appointments for our Sales Team
  • Tracking your activity using company-provided canvassing tech
  • Learning sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles

This role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven the more consistent you are, the more you earn.
