As an Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization.

Tech Packages Analyst
  • This Analyst is a technology professional who supports clients in the effective implementation and operation of technology packages. Demonstrates curiosity and problem-solving skills to assist with requirements of gathering, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include user training, data migration, upgrade management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication-leveraging technical and business insights to ensure technology packages are configured, maintained, and optimized to meet client needs.

The team
Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Professionals in the practice have opportunities to build specialized experience while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics or an equivalent program
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
  • You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Preferred:
  • 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in computer science, engineering, finance technology, information systems, data analytics or technology management

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,000 to $91,000.
