Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Facility: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Boynton Beach, Florida
Pay Rate: Up to $17.50 per hour

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a key role in helping residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in shift reports and follow nursing care plans.

  • Assist residents with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

  • Support mobility: ambulation, transfers, and positioning with proper equipment.

  • Change linens, make beds, and maintain cleanliness according to infection control protocols.

  • Provide restorative care and assist with adaptive equipment as directed.

  • Accurately measure and record vital signs, intake, and output.

  • Assist with bowel/bladder care and ensure residents remain clean, dry, and comfortable.

  • Respond promptly to call lights and monitor residents unable to request assistance.

  • Escort and support residents during activities, programs, and appointments.

  • Report changes in residents’ conditions to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications
  • Completion of a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program.

  • Listed in good standing on the State Nurse Aide Registry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic reading and writing ability.

  • Previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
