At InterEx Group, weโ€™re growing our Miami team and hiring an entry-level Talent Delivery Consultant. No previous recruitment experience required- weโ€™ll teach you everything you need to know.

This is a candidate-focused role where youโ€™ll work alongside Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant and above to place top tech professionals into a consistent flow of live vacancies across the U.S.


No business development. No chasing new clients. Just learning the craft and becoming exceptional at finding and managing great talent.

  • Learning how to source and headhunt candidates in the ERP, CRM, and Data markets
  • Screening and interviewing tech professionals
  • Managing candidates through the hiring process from first call to offer stage

  • Building relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact in your market
