About the Role:
Boatners Service in Tucson, AZ is looking for a motivated C-Level Automotive Technician to join their team! This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive shop environment where your work truly makes a difference. Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic automotive maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors
  • Assist senior technicians with diagnostic and repair procedures
  • Replace filters, belts, wipers, and other routine wear items
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay
  • Follow manufacturer and shop guidelines for all service and repair work
  • Document completed work accurately on repair orders
Requirements:
  • Entry-level to developing automotive technician experience
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
  • Own a basic set of hand tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
