The Associate Manufacturing Technician role focuses on supporting light manufacturing and distribution operations for chromatography consumables such as vials and caps. The work environment is clean, safe, and not machinery-heavy, with no exposure to hazardous materials. The role involves processing bulk products through basic equipment for weighing, counting, bagging, labeling, and assembling custom kits based on customer requirements. Responsibilities

  • Process bulk products using basic equipment for weighing, counting, bagging, and labeling
  • Wash vials and operate ovens to dry them
  • Assemble chromatography consumables (vials, caps, septa) into kits as per customer specifications
  • Support distribution-focused tasks including packaging and preparing products for shipment
  • Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards
  • Maintain and use RF scanning equipment as needed
  • Record production data accurately
  • Report any equipment or process issues to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Assist with problem-solving in production when needed

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • No prior experience required
  • Attention to detail (important for counting, labeling, and kit assembly)
  • Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and work orders
  • Basic operational understanding of simple equipment (ovens, scanners, etc.)
  • Teamwork and communication skills
