  • Help develop pavement design recommendations using industry-standard methods and software.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior staff and project managers on pavement evaluation, design, and management projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (required).
  • M.S. in Pavement Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong interest in pavement, transportation, or geotechnical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good technical writing skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
  • Previous internships, co-op, or coursework related to pavement engineering is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork as needed.
Salary: $75,000/yr - $90,000/yr, depending on experience, credentials, including years of similar work experience.

Why Join AID?

  • Work directly with senior engineers and industry experts in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Gain hands-on experience with advanced pavement testing and evaluation technologies.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to accelerate your career.
  • Be part of a growing firm with opportunities for advancement into project management and leadership roles.
