• Develop a strong understanding of your client's industry, organization, customers, business objective and technology needs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates by asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and clarifying business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain software features and applications using programming languages, frameworks, and development tools based on project needs.
• Work collaboratively throughout the software development lifecycle to design, code, test, debug and enhance reliable technology solutions.
• Support application integrations, data connections, databases, and other technical components ased on solution and project needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, test functionality, and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvements that support quality, security, performance and maintainability.
• Use modern and AI-enabled development tools to support coding, research, documentation, testing, debugging, and solution development.
• Apply responsible AI practices and appropriate human oversight by reviewing and validating AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, security, quality and alignment with development standards.
• Document code, designs, and processes and collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the project lifecycle to support successful solution delivery and ongoing improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship. Certain positions may also require U.S. Citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance based on client or government requirements.
• Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous learning.

• Hands on software development experience through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Foundational understanding of data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
• Interest in learning and responsibly using AI-enabled development tools, cloud technologies, frameworks and other emerging technologies based on project needs.
