Job description

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious software developer who wants more than just writing code in isolation. This is an in‑office role. We are not hiring remote contractors or virtual-only developers. We want someone who will sit in the office, learn our business end‑to‑end, understand how our systems are actually used by real people, and help us build, fix, and improve internal platforms that drive operations.
-You’ll work hands‑on with leadership, operations, and technical systems—and you’ll be expected to suggest better solutions, not just follow tickets.
-If you want to be part of the business, not just behind a keyboard, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
  • Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Work extensively with Dataverse / Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
  • Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use
  • Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and AI‑assisted processes
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problem‑solving
  • Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems
  • Proactively recommend smarter, cleaner, more scalable solutions
Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
  • Microsoft Certified (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure / M365 related)
  • Strong experience with Dataverse & Dynamics
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI‑augmented workflows
  • AI‑confident (Copilot, Claude, or similar tools used in real work—not just theory)
  • Able and willing to work full‑time in office (this is not a remote role)
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
What We’re Looking For (Mindset Matters)
  • Ambitious and curious—you want to learn the business, not just the tech
  • Comfortable speaking up with better ideas and improvements
  • Practical thinker who builds systems that actually get used
  • Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
What This Is NOT
  • Not a freelance or contract role
  • Not a remote or work‑from‑home position
  • Not a “write code and disappear” job
Why Join Us
  • Direct access to decision‑makers (no corporate red tape)
  • Opportunity to shape how AI and automation are actually used in a business
  • Long‑term growth as our systems and tech stack expand
