What You'll Do
  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all
  • company standards.
  • Use your knowledge of child development to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in
  • order to help them achieve developmental milestones.
  • Engage children with different types of fun and stimulating activities such as: singing, reading,
  • crawling/cruising/walking, and art activities.
  • Communicate efficiently with your co-teacher to ensure quality of care for children.
  • Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively
  • communicate with families.
  • Complete training that provides comprehensive insight on childcare and child-development topics.
  • Implement curriculum and lesson plans while creating fun and interactive learning experiences.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months -1 year of professional child care experience.
  • High energy.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • An understanding of child development.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Must clear full background check and must pass a health screening.

Nice To Haves
  • Experience in early childhood education or related field
  • Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
