Role Description

The Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Richmond Hill, ON. This is an entry-level role primarily responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, shipment processing, inventory updates, and the documentation associated with outgoing orders.

The position plays an important role in ensuring that customer orders and parts shipments are processed accurately, documented correctly, and coordinated efficiently from order confirmation through dispatch.


This is a diverse operational position that requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Although order fulfillment will be the primary responsibility, the position will also provide support to logistics, sales, customer support, and other operational departments as required.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately review orders, inventory information, shipment documentation, and product details.
  • Ability to learn new processes, technologies, and software systems quickly.
  • Strong computer skills and general comfort working with technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, shipping software, or similar business applications is an asset but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally over the phone.
