Assembly and Packaging (Entry Level)

As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting highquality, performancedriven products that archers around the world rely on.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble & Package: Follow detailed work instructions to assemble, inspect and package archery components.
  • Meet Production Goals: Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Hands-On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, operate basic hand tools, and work safely and efficiently on the production floor.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and communicate feedback with your team.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workstation that complies with all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Entry-Level Talent: No previous manufacturing experience requiredjust a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Small Parts Assembly: Previous experience assembling small parts is a plus.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
