Hyperion Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our [location] location, supporting our [Brand]. Hyperion is constantly looking for talented, self-motivated, skilled team members to join our team. Reporting to our [Manager/Supervisor], this position plays an integral part on the team by assisting in our goal to build high quality elevator components.

Level 1 Summary: Entry-level position responsible for operating basic production machinery, performing simple setups, and ensuring components meet specifications under close supervision. The Machine Operator Level 1 focuses on learning processes, maintaining quality, and developing foundational machining skills that support safe, efficient production.

Primary Responsibilities:Production Operations:

Operate and monitor basic production machines according to standard operating procedures.

Follow assigned production schedules and maintain expected output rates.

Perform basic assembly or inspection tasks as directed by supervision.

Verify part conformance using basic measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer, caliper).

Machine Setup and Maintenance:

Assist with machine setup and tool changes under supervision.

Keep work area organized and clean to promote efficiency and safety.

Report faulty equipment, tooling issues, or defective materials immediately to prevent production delays.

Support preventive maintenance efforts by monitoring machine conditions.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts visually and with basic measurement devices to confirm adherence to standards.

Follow work instructions and escalate any deviations or quality issues.

Support documentation of inspections or nonconformance when required

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Maintain awareness of surroundings and identify unsafe conditions promptly.

Support team 5S and safety initiatives.

Communication and Teamwork:
