Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Billing Support Administrator to provide administrative and billing support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role supports the billing and operations teams by managing shared email inboxes, assisting with billing portals, and coordinating communication between internal teams and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking experience in billing administration, corporate operations, or office support.


Key Responsibilities


Monitor and manage multiple shared email inboxes using Microsoft Outlook

Provide administrative support for billing and operational processes
