LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Client Service Representative (Facilities Administrator). This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients, managing high-volume communication, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (Facilities Administrator) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage incoming client service requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Provide updates regarding service schedules, progress, and completion
  • Coordinate service requests with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
  • Track and monitor work order activity throughout the service process
  • Assist with invoice and documentation review as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications
