Job description

TEKsystems is seeking a bilingual IT Service Desk Technician to support a growing enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for entry-level to mid-level candidates to gain hands-on experience within a structured IT support team with strong career growth potential.


Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
    • Microsoft 365 (O365)
    • Active Directory (password resets, access requests)
    • Basic hardware/software issues
  • Log and manage tickets using ServiceNow
  • Support user access, system issues, and general IT inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience in a help desk or IT support role (or strong technical aptitude)
  • Basic knowledge of O365 and Active Directory
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
