Personnel Security Administrator Junior โ€“ TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph The Developmental Security Administrator provides entry-level administrative and data entry support for the Sponsorโ€™s security operations. The role focuses on the accurate initiation of security cases and the organized maintenance of physical and electronic security records. Clearance:  TS/SCI w Full Scope Polygraph Location:  Herndon, VA Responsibilities:  * Case Initiation: Efficiently open security actions and maintain records; required to initiate an average of eight (8) cases per day.
* Data Integrity: Perform prescreen duties to detect errors or omissions in submitted materials; follow up with customers to obtain missing information.
* Administrative Support: Maintain and update records, conduct data entry, redact sensitive information, and protect PII using "need to know" principles.
* Technical Support: Facilitate the adjudicative process by printing, scanning, and uploading documents to electronic files; respond to OGA clearance certification inquiries. Minimum Requirements:   * High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of experience in data entry and security processing/verification.
* High level of personal integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and classified information discreetly.
* Ability to operate customer-specific automated systems for case tracking and standard office equipment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict Sponsor productivity standards.
