Job description

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in end-to-end deployment order management, ensuring on-time delivery and site readiness across multiple deployment engineering projects. This position manages deployment orders, handles Problem Service Reports, provides post-deployment support, and oversees internal material requisitions while proactively troubleshooting delivery and supply gaps. The role suits a motivated self-starter who is passionate about operational processes, enjoys working with technology, and can analyze trends to recommend and implement process improvements. Success in this role requires strong communication and writing skills, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail, along with a commitment to supporting a culture of inclusion. The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates closely with procurement and logistics teams to maintain site health readiness, communicates status to customers, resolves customer tickets, addresses system deficiencies, and drives operational excellence through key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). The role also contributes to process improvements, cost optimization, scalability, and sustainability initiatives in partnership with robotics supply chain leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end deployment order management, ensuring accurate and timely execution of deployment activities.
  • Handle Problem Service Reports and provide post-deployment support to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage internal material requisitions and coordinate materials to support deployment and operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot delivery and supply gaps, identifying root causes and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on site health readiness, maintaining a high standard of delivery excellence.
  • Execute and reconcile Equipment Install Plan (EIP) versus Sales Order (SO) mismatches, ensuring alignment between plans and customer orders.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues related to deployment, equipment, and supply chain activities.
  • Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs, particularly around on-time delivery and clear-to-deploy/site health metrics.
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, supply chain management, purchasing, inventory, planning, and customer service teams to drive execution and resolve complex issues.
  • Drive order management process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with robotics supply chain leadership.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the supply chain by identifying and supporting efficient and responsible practices.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference to ensure consistent and accurate operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by streamlining processes and reducing waste across deployment and supply chain operations.
  • Deep dive into complex problems, analyze data, and design practical solutions for the broader network.
  • Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion within the team and across cross-functional partners.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple deployment engineering projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline.
  • Strong mathematics, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and data analysis.
  • Analyst work or a strong analytical focus in higher education.
  • Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.
  • End-to-end experience in supply chain operations, including order management and deployment activities.
  • Ability to deep dive into complex problems and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Ability to drive execution by partnering with cross-functional teams such as supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, inventory, planning, and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in operational decision-making.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a drive to elevate operational standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with complex data sets to support decision-making and process improvement.
  • Experience contributing to KPIs and SLAs related to on-time delivery and site health readiness.
  • Experience in deployment engineering or related operational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and foster an inclusive team culture.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives within supply chain or operations contexts.
  • Alignment with leadership principles such as diving deep into details and taking ownership of outcomes.

Work Environment
This role operates in a fully onsite environment, Monday through Friday during core business hours. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, supply chain management, purchasing, inventory, planning, and customer service, in a fast-paced operational setting. The work focuses on deployment engineering projects, robotics supply chain activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, requiring frequent use of analytical tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel. The environment emphasizes operational excellence, accountability, and ownership, with clear performance metrics centered on on-time delivery and clear-to-deploy/site health.
