Supply Chain Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Procurement and Global Supply Chain Analyst, you will support supply chain operations across sourcing, purchasing, subcontract management, and supplier coordination. This role is suited for someone seeking entry-level experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and cost or lead-time optimization within a dynamic program environment. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Assist with preparing and issuing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and sourcing documentation.
  • Support supplier communication, including follow-up on lead times, order status, and delivery updates.
  • Help maintain procurement records, data entry, and status tracking within internal systems.
  • Conduct basic cost, pricing, or market research to support sourcing decisions.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier scorecards, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Support compliance with internal procurement policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards, including FAR or DFARS.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with contracts, finance, and program teams.
  • Identify and recommend process-improvement opportunities within the supply chain workflow.

You Have:
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Teams
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, including in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to show initiative and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to be professional and take accountability when interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering by Spring 2027

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
