Job Summary
The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for planning and managing production schedules, maintaining critical system data in SAP and MES, analyzing production performance, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills (English and Korean) and proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems to ensure seamless production operations and accurate supply chain data management.
Job Description
  • Plan and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, inventory availability, and material constraints
  • Manage production plan changes and adjust schedules based on demand fluctuations, raw material availability, production delays, or quality issues
  • Manage production schedules and versions in SAP and MES systems, including creating and revising production versions as needed
  • Maintain accuracy in SCM-related systems (ERP/WMS) and support data integration between WMS and internal databases
  • Summarize production results daily, weekly, and monthly; compare actual production against plans and analyze variances to identify improvement opportunities
  • Perform daily inventory system reconciliation between SAP and WMS to ensure data accuracy
  • Organize month-end performance and inventory records to support closing processes
  • Compile and analyze monthly logistics expense details for operational and financial reporting
Qualifications
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business-Related or Computer-Related field
  • Experience
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, production planning, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply
  • Language Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Korean (required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and verbal
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficient in SAP (ERP system) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong computer skills:
