About the Job Psychiatric Staff Nurse – Adult Inpatient (Full-Time, Day Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Staff Nurse – Adult Inpatient to provide direct clinical care to adult patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care per shift, as well as supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The nurse will collaborate with leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct clinical care to adult psychiatric patients according to unit standards and care plans.
  • Supervise and support staff to whom care is delegated.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, professional nursing standards, and state regulations.
