Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.80/hr per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What you'll do:
Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Must have a high school diploma/GED from and accredited association
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
