Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for early in career individuals with at least 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers with a global organization. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role, with potential international career opportunities across BAT.

As a Global Graduate in our Finance & Accounting function, you will develop capabilities through hands‑on assignments and rotations. You will gain exposure across Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Tax, and Competitive Insights while collaborating with Finance professionals and business leaders to support strategic decision‑making and deliver meaningful business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct financial research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives, business performance, and decision‑making within one or more Finance Centers of Excellence.
  • Support the development and implementation of Finance strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and deliver assigned projects through effective collaboration, independent judgment, and personal accountability.
  • Participate in structured training, coaching, and development activities while building the financial, commercial, and leadership capabilities required for future roles.
