Responsibilities

What You'll Do As A Canyon Ranch Colleague:

  • Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Spa Attendants, ensuring team members have the knowledge, confidence, and service skills needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues through hands-on training, performance feedback, and regular development opportunities focused on guest service, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with spa leadership to support daily operations, maintain team communication, assist with scheduling, and ensure consistency in service standards and departmental procedures.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout spa facilities, supporting both guests and team members while helping resolve concerns and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, safety, and readiness of locker rooms, lounges, hydrotherapy areas, and other spa amenities, ensuring all spaces meet the highest standards.
  • Monitor facility conditions, inventory levels, equipment functionality, and operational supplies while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and the overall guest experience.
Qualifications

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, spa, wellness, or a related customer-focused environment.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and obtain CPR/AED certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Possess strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize responsibilities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a positive, safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to train, coach, and support others effectively.
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technology while maintaining flexibility, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to achieving team goals and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
