Job description

Apply Category: Field Operations The Service Operator I under direct supervision, rigs-up and rigs-down of service equipment, learns to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of the service performed, and may conduct training in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems. Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hour, depending on experience. Assignment Length: 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors

Rotation Details: 3 Weeks ON and 2 Weeks OFF Rotation| Days/Nights | 12.5 hours per day Additional Details: When on rotation, you'll stay in a Workforce Lodge and be reimbursed for travel (up to 300 miles per hitch) plus a $45/day per diem. Responsibilities: Actively participate in the quality improvement process to enhance operational efficiency. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness within the workplace

Comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of six months of relevant experience is required. Completion of specific Baroid training is preferred. Basic computer skills are preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate with others. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.

Solids Control experience is preferred but not required. Experience with heavy equipment is advantageous. Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for understanding and working with machinery.
