What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC TuneUp Technician, you’ll:

  • Perform HVAC system tuneups and inspections

  • Learn how heating and cooling systems operate and impact energy costs

  • Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency, and maintenance

  • Present repair and improvement options using a trained, consultative approach

  • Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

  • Work closely with a supportive team and experienced mentors
