What You'll Do
This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role focused on residential customers.
Canvass targeted neighborhoods throughout the Tampa Bay area
Engage homeowners and educate them on the financial benefits of solar
Generate leads, set appointments, and close sales (or support closing efforts)
Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-up and relationship building
Track performance and work toward defined income and activity goals
What We're Looking For
Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presence and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and initiating conversations
Coachable, resilient, and performance-driven
No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus
