Job description

  • Braun Intertec is seeking a Construction Materials Lab Technician to join our Dallas, TX office. As a technician, you will perform a variety of testing on construction materials such as soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.


    Responsibilities
    Receive and log concrete and soil samples
    Performs and understand various laboratory test procedures
    Assist in AMRL and CCRL (regulatory standards) assessments
    Assist with Braun Quality system for the laboratory
    Enter and understand lab data
    Other miscellaneous laboratory tasks as assigned
    Required Skills
    Ability to work independently
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
    Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
    Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Required Experience
    High School diploma or equivalent
    Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

    The ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
