  • Paid training:
    We offer a mix of infield shadowing and classroom training. Youll learn dryervent systems, components and tools in the classroom, then shadow a lead technician for several weeks until youre ready to work independently.
  • Independent work: Once trained, youll manage your own schedule of 46 service calls per day. Your day typically begins between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  • Active, handson work: Set up ladders, climb onto pitched roofs, work in attics, crawlspaces and behind dryers. Its like a light fullbody workout every day, so youll need to be comfortable with physical activity.
  • Customer interaction: Treat each home with care and respect. Youll communicate with homeowners, explain what youre doing and answer their questions.
  • Documentation: Use our payroll app to clock in/out, and scheduling software to view schedules and record each job with photos and brief summaries.

Schedule & requirements


  • Fulltime, daytime hours
    most days with occasional long days (1014 hours) or night jobs, depending on the project.
  • Occasional Saturdays are required when customer needs demand.
  • Flexibility for overtime: We go until the job is doneour customers expect thorough work.
