Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Quapah Ave.)
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday / 5:30AM - 2:00PM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $_22.60__ to $_31.30__ per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Performs standard micrometer adjustments, product testing procedures, and microbiological testing.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze syrup, water, and beverage attributes throughout the production process
  • Audit water quality, container rinsers, air blowers, Filters, and coders to ensure proper operation
  • Ensure complete and accurate records of process
  • Identify, isolate, and analyze any product that does not conform to CCSWB standards
  • Maintain lab instruments and equipment following established lab techniques
  • Adhere to establish company operating policy and procedure
  • Calibrate instruments as required
  • Train lab technicians
  • Assist in troubleshooting water treatment, lab instrument/equipment failures, and product issues.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred
  • At least 1-year beverage production facility experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
  • Ability to attend to fine details - Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently
  • Knowledge of and ability to use PC systems and software applications
  • Ability to follow instructions presented through various formats
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in environments requiring personal protective equipment
