Perfict is a company seeking a Software QA Engineer for a 1-year contract in Fremont, CA. The role involves developing and maintaining automated test cases, performing manual testing, and ensuring quality assurance across various applications.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with Python scripting and ability to build and maintain automated test cases
• Strong knowledge of black-box, white-box, regression, system, and interface testing
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing
• Experience integrating automation into pipelines like Jenkins
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups
• Ability to test web and client-server applications
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience with Python scripting and ability to build and maintain automated test cases
• Selenium WebDriver, or PyTest, or Cypress, or Playwright
• Strong knowledge of black-box, white-box, regression, system, and interface testing
• Proficiency in SQL
