We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to take on the challenging role ofBusinessQuality Technician.This role can be filled at any of the Wolfspeed manufacturing locations, Durham, NC; Marcy, NY; Fayetteville, AR, or Belfast NI.This person will be responsiblefor preparing and organizing documentation to support ourquality business processes.To be successful in this role, the person will collaborate with internalteams within Quality and Operations to track, maintain, and report onthose processeswithin the Wolfspeed Quality Management System.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Work underthe directionofquality engineers andwithprocess stakeholders, such as Operations, Quality, Sales, and Project Management,toalign and draft documentation related to Product Change Notifications(PCNs)that will be delivered to our customers.

  • Track andprovide timely updates on thestatus of all open PCNs toensure customers arepromptly informed,and responses are recorded accurately to enableimplementation.

  • Work with quality engineering to review, map, and organizeCustomer Specific Requirements (CSRs) into internal standard operating procedures to ensure compliance across production lines.

  • SupportPPAP Compilationbycollecting, analyzing, and collatingquality data packages (including FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, and capability studies) for customer submission.

  • Coordinate,review,andtrackexecution of customer survey requests.

  • Work together with the engineering team to assist withProduct Compliance requests and submissions, both internally and externally,collecting and reviewing supplier datato determine compliance status and reporting to customers.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

  • AnAssociate'sDegree inQuality, BusinessEngineering Technology, Electronics, or related technical field with5+years' experience.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Knowledgeofquality systems, semiconductor materials, and semiconductor wafer fabricationpreferred.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practicesand experience with IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO9001 strongly preferred.

  • Basic understanding of quality core tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC)is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication skillswith a keen focus on attention to detail.

  • Takes direction well and then can workautonomouslyon trained tasks. Self-motivatedandtakes ownership and accountabilityfor deadlines.Escalates when help is needed.

  • Ability to workin a fast-pacedenvironment andremains flexible to support changing priorities.
