Position: Entry Level Technician
Location: Churchville, MD
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen

Summary
SURVICE is seeking to hire multiple full-time and/or part-time Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) / Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) Technicians with mechanical and/or electrical skills or acuity in support of our Applied Technology Operation located in Churchville, Maryland. These positions are involved in UAV/UGV manufacturing, assembly and production support operations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities of the Entry Level Technician:
  • Assemble parts into sub-units or complete units, including sub-assemblies and drones
  • Repair of electrical and/or mechanical systems
  • Assist higher-level technicians in preparing work areas, build kits
  • Kitting of components in cases/boxes for final delivery; assistance with shipping, receiving, material handling
  • General production floor support as needed

Capabilities and Skills needed:
  • Ability to work with your hands and troubleshoot problems
  • Interest and/or experience building mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Ability to follow work instructions and check own and others' work
  • Team player with initiative and effective communication skill
