As an Azure Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Azure Native Development & Testing to create impactful software engineering solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. • Developing and implementing software solutions using Azure Native Development methodologies
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to enhance software quality
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript for application development
• Managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline software deployment
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues to optimize system performance and reliability
• Designing and maintaining enterprise application architecture for scalable solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and improve processes
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex software engineering challenges
• Leading software testing and quality assurance efforts to validate functionality and performance
• Integrating microservices and APIs for seamless application interoperability
• Engaging in business process management to align software solutions with organizational goals

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
• Developing applications using Java and Python programming languages
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes
• Managing API integrations and enterprise application architecture
• Excelling in business process improvement and requirements analysis
• Navigating complex software development methodologies and frameworks
• Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and learning agility in software engineering

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
