Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented people to learn and obtain their Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who want to earn their Pega CSA certification and are looking to begin their professional journey in designing, building, and supporting BPM applications in the Federal sector. You will work with senior architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the Pega platform.


  • Train and obtain a Pega certification as a System Architect.
  • Assist in the design and development of Pega applications based on business requirements leveraging Pega Blueprint capabilities.
  • Configure Pega components including case types, data models, UI forms, decision rules, and integrations.
  • Support senior architects in translating business needs into functional solutions leveraging the latest Pega Constellation capabilities.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, QA, and project managers and Product Owners.
  • Update configurations, technical changes, and design decisions in Agile Studio and Pega Blueprint.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow Pega guardrails and best practices.
  • Learn and apply new Pega features, updates, and industry best practices which are now available in Constellation 26’.

  • The attitude and aptitude to quickly learn and obtain their Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) credential.
  • Basic knowledge of software development principles, object-oriented concepts, and system design.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems in a structured manner.
