Social Media & Content Specialist

Arnold & Itkin LLP is seeking a creative, highly motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to help capture and share the stories, people, and results that define one of the nation's leading trial firms.

This is not a traditional desk-based social media position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being where the action is-traveling to courthouses, trials, firm events, and other locations to capture compelling photo and video content in real time.


Requirements


  • Travel to courthouses and trial locations to capture photos and video surrounding winning verdicts, settlements, and significant case milestones
  •  Prior experience working within a law firm, legal marketing department, or professional services environment 
  • Photograph attorneys and trial teams following major case results
  • Create engaging photo and short-form video content for the firm's social media platforms
  • Assist with managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
  • Identify opportunities to showcase firm victories, attorneys, culture, community involvement, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Write compelling social media copy consistent with the firm's brand and voice
  • Edit and prepare photos and videos for digital and social media use
  • Work closely with attorneys, leadership, and marketing to quickly turn important developments into timely content
  • Maintain an organized content library of photos, videos, and digital assets
  • Assist with content planning and social media calendars
  • Monitor social media trends and identify creative opportunities to expand engagement and reach
Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • Experience creating social media content for a professional organization or brand
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Experience editing photo and video content
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms
  • Ability to create polished content quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and comfortable interacting with attorneys, clients, executives, and other high-level professionals
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
