She will pick the best candidates from Jack's network
The next step is to speak to Jack.
Job Title: Smart Contract Engineer
Company Description: NAVI Protocol - Leading Sui DeFi infrastructure backed by OKX Ventures and Hashed.
Job Description:
Join the core engineering team behind Sui's dominant lending protocol, managing over $380M in TVL with a 61% market share. You will design, develop, and secure high-performance smart contracts using Move and Solidity, building the foundational liquidity layer for nearly a million users on the fastest-growing Layer 1 blockchain.
Location: Palo Alto, USA
Why this role is remarkable:
  • Work at the epicenter of the Move ecosystem on a protocol that already dominates the Sui lending market with nearly a million users.
  • Build foundational DeFi primitives alongside a world-class team backed by top-tier investors including OKX Ventures, Hashed, and Dao5.
  • Drive high-impact innovation across lending, LSDeFi, and automated vaults while maintaining zero-tolerance security standards for hundreds of millions in assets.

What you will do:
  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade smart contracts for lending, borrowing, and vault protocols on the Sui network.
  • Lead comprehensive security reviews and collaborate with top-tier audit firms to ensure the absolute integrity of protocol-critical code.
  • Integrate complex smart contract logic with existing blockchain infrastructure and front-end applications to deliver seamless DeFi experiences.

The ideal candidate:
  • Proven track record shipping production-level DeFi smart contracts for lending, borrowing, or liquidity protocols with a security-first mindset.
  • Deep proficiency in Move, Solidity, or Rust, coupled with a fundamental understanding of crypto primitives and Web3 infrastructure.
  • Strong technical communicator capable of articulating complex architecture decisions and collaborating effectively within a global, fast-paced engineering team.

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.
Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.
We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.
Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
