Boston Ski & Tennis (BST) Bootfitters play a critical role in delivering exceptional in-store customer service and helping customers fully enjoy their time on the mountain.
We invest heavily in this position by ensuring every Bootfitter receives comprehensive training prior to working with customers, including attendance at MasterFit University. As a result, BST is proud to be the only shop in the Boston metro area recognized as an America's Best Bootfitters-certified retailer.
We are seeking both experienced Bootfitters and motivated, early-career ski enthusiasts who are eager to develop their skills and commit to becoming expert Bootfitters.

We are looking for professional individuals with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ski boot fitting techniques and best practices
Stay informed on current ski boot models across brands, skill levels, and fit profiles
Assist customers in selecting equipment that enhances their on-mountain experience, demonstrating patience, active listening, and effective time management
Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay: $22-$28, based on experience

Access to demo/rental equipment, including skis, snowboards, and tennis racquets
Flexible scheduling; shifts typically range from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Availability required for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
