Job description

Who We Are Our team of innovators and visionaries is passionate about pushing the envelope and taking bold risks that inspire people to realize their beautiful potential. With our HQ in Dania Beach and our offices in California and Ohio, we're constantly raising the bar and evolving to create a more diverse and cultivating work environment.

We develop our digital platforms and promote industry-leading products across online, mobile, social, and retail markets. Integra Beauty has created L'ange and OFIR-two leading consumer goods brands that are paving the way for unlimited brand incubation. Our team is at the forefront of emerging trends, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to continue growing our company.

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to own the daily operation, visual merchandising, and performance of our online storefront. In this hands-on role, you will assist with end-to-end product launches, build landing pages, configure promotional mechanics, and optimize on-site search and navigation for conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update site content across the Shopify storefront and the Shop app- homepage, collections, PDPs, banners, and navigation.

  • Merchandise collections for discovery and conversion, including sort logic, inventory-aware rules for out-of-stock and low-stock products, and seasonal resets.

  • Build and launch landing pages using our theme's reusable sections and metafield-driven components.

  • Manage redirects, URL handles, and 404s as the catalog evolves.

  • Own new product and collection onboarding end to end: variants, pricing, imagery, metafields, tags, publishing channels, and launch timing.

  • Prepare, schedule, QA, and verify sitewide campaign content- then tear it down cleanly when the promotion ends.

  • Configure and test promotional mechanics: discount codes, automatic discounts, scheduled pricing, bundles, gift-with-purchase, and shipping thresholds.

  • Run pre-launch QA and go-live verification against a documented checklist.

  • Categorize, tag, and classify products consistently so that filtering, search, and automated collections behave predictably.

  • Own metafield population and data completeness- our reusable page components depend on it.

  • Monitor sales channel and feed health across the Shop app, Google Merchant Center, Meta, and other connected channels; resolve disapprovals and feed errors.

  • Optimize on-site search: synonym dictionaries, zero-result query review, boost and bury rules, and merchandising of high-intent queries.

  • Improve category and collection structure based on how customers actually navigate.

  • Maintain compliance practices across the site- alt text, color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states, form labels, and heading structure.

  • Ensure on-site claims, disclosures, and promotional terms match what Legal has approved.

  • Review GA4 and Microsoft Clarity regularly to identify friction, drop-off, and merchandising opportunities- and act on what you find.

  • Deliver a recurring site performance readout and post-campaign recaps.

  • Serve as first responder for site defects: triage, reproduce, document, and escalate to engineering with clear detail.

  • Manage theme changes through staging and preview, with review before publish and a regression check afterward.

  • Manage on-site reviews and UGC display, including widget placement, review syndication to new SKUs, and Q&A moderation.

  • Write and maintain SOP documentation for this role for seamless visibility purposes for the team.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or web production; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify back-end, including SKUs, collections, variants, tags, metafields, and theme section setups.
  • Familiarity with bulk editing and managing sales channel feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta, Shop app) to resolve errors.
  • Practical knowledge of product sorting logic, promotional mechanics (discounts, bundles, GWPs), and site search optimization (synonyms, boost/bury rules).
  • Basic proficiency in GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to track drop-off and friction, alongside working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards (alt text, contrast, semantic HTML).
  • Strong attention to detail for pre-launch promotional QA, with the ability to reproduce bugs, document details, and escalate tickets to engineering.
  • Proven track record of writing clear SOPs and managing launch schedules, staging previews, and promotional cleanups smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents specifically for DTC e-commerce brands.

  • Understanding of beauty industry consumer queries (e.g., hair type diagnostics, ingredient compatibility, routine building).

Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

  • 401k plan

  • Additional Opt-In Insurances

  • Vacation + Sick Time Pay

  • L'ange Hair Product Stipend- a quarterly stipend to help you refresh your favorite L'ange products and also try new products!
