LaSalle Network is hiring for a Business Analyst to step into a critical, high-visibility role supporting a large-scale transformation within the GTI Program. This Business Analyst will play a key role in maintaining program governance, reporting accuracy and operational continuity during a time of active transition. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and can balance analytics with coordination, this Business Analyst opportunity is for you.
What's the job?
  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards used across leadership and stakeholder meetings
  • Own financial forecasting, run rate tracking and burndown reporting
  • Manage RAID logs and evolve reporting into PowerBI
  • Maintain Jira structure, ticket hygiene and project configurations
  • Lead project status reporting and governance updates
  • Organize and run meetings, track actions and drive follow-ups
  • Support resource allocation and planning deck creation
  • Act as a pseudo Scrum Master for the Oversight team
  • Maintain SharePoint site and support service readiness efforts

What's needed?
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in PMO or program environments
  • Strong PowerBI and Jira expertise (configuration + reporting)
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and program metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication, organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
