We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to support the success of our customer experience. This is a key position that ensures a clean, organized dining room, timely table service, prompt and accurate delivery of menu items, and seamless collaboration across service roles. Guest Experience & Table Support

Deliver food and beverages accurately, with an understanding of menu details.

Assist with guest needs and relay questions or concerns to the appropriate team member.

Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.

Assist with packaging takeout orders.

Maintain awareness of the dining room and proactively assist where needed.
Dining Room & Service Maintenance

Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining room clean and organized.

Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware throughout the shift.

Monitor and remove trash and recycling regularly.

Ensure safe and clear walkways for guests and staff at all times.
Operational & Team Support
