Overview
The Analyst I ensures our right to operate by supporting more senior counterparts as they steward contractual (e.g., compliance, renewals, extensions) and financial obligations (e.g., payables, receivables), documentation management, systems management and data analysis.
This role requires a high degree of integrity, diligence, and care as accurate and trustworthy data entry and recordkeeping are critical to business operations and compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain ROW data in tracking systems with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
  • File, index, and retrieve ROW documents.
  • Process routine invoices and payments.
  • Assist with compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Support claims documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Escalate discrepancies, errors, or uncertainties promptly to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
  • 0-1+ year of ROW, upstream lease analysis, real estate, or administrative experience.
  • Learning ROW terminology and processes.
  • Demonstrated personal accountability, dependability, and ethical behavior in academic or prior work settings preferred.

Skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and reliability when handling sensitive or high-volume data.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and doing work correctly the first time.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
