Position Summary
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer in Attleboro, MA seeking a reliable and motivated machine operator to join the manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring various production machines used in the processing of specialty metal alloys and materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and related processing equipment according to established work instructions and production schedules.
  • Monitor cycle times, and production parameters to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Inspect materials before and after processing to verify quality and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Record production data, process parameters, and quality information accurately.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns to supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Work collaboratively with quality, maintenance, and production teams to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing, production, machine operation, with measuring device experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and process documentation.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
