Dental Lab Seeking Experienced C&B Dental Technician

Reputable dental laboratory in Wilmington, NC is in search of a real dental technician to join our team. Candidate must have experience and thorough understanding of fixed prosthetic fabrication, tooth morphology, and function. Although this opportunity has exponential room for growth, it is NOT an entry level or trainee position. Minimum two years experience required in hands-on fabrication, as well as proficiency with CAD/CAM design and processes.

The primary function for this position will be independent production- designing restorations and taking them to their final finished state. We are a small lab, so more involvement in the fabrication process will be expected. Designing crowns, nesting, milling, green stage zirconia finishing, sintering, fitting, staining and glazing will be expected. Opportunities to learn more complex skills and processes are plentiful for the ideal and motivated candidate.

This is a full-time, on-site position Monday-Friday in a dental laboratory. Must be legally able to work in the United States and commute to and from work. DENTAL LAB HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS 

Full-time positions available immediately in a fast-paced, niche dental laboratory in Wilmington, NC. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated candidates that are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in the field and joining our team.

EXPERIENCED DENTAL LAB TECHNICIAN-

This position is best suited for a qualified dental technician who has the ability to design their own work, experience in ceramics, fitting, and glazing. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

-Must be proficient in operating CAD/CAM software and have experience designing on a dental platform (such as Exocad, Zirkonzahn, etc.)

-Thorough understanding of dental terminology and tooth anatomy, morphology and function required.

-2 years minimum experience working as a dental lab technician in FIXED prosthetics

STAIN AND GLAZE TECHNICIAN-

This is an entry level position best suited for an artistic individual who is meticulous and detail-oriented. Candidate will be expected to cross-train in other departments of the dental lab as well. Duties also include pick-ups and deliveries to local clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in visual arts (pottery, painting, sculpting, drawing, jewelry, etc.) is preferred.

-Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.

-Must be clean and well-presented.

CAD/CAM AND DIGITAL MODEL TECHNICIAN-

This is an entry-level position best suited for someone familiar with 3-D printing and operating computer design platforms. Candidate will design and fabricate resin models from intraoral scans, scan stone models, and input cases into software. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
