About the Role
The Specialist, Project Manager, will be responsible for helping the Project Management department. They're responsible for managing day-to-day workloads, while learning how to lead projects and how to manage finances.
The ideal candidate quickly absorbs new information, readily seeks clarification when needed, takes initiative, stays organized, communicates effectively, has strong written and verbal skills and confidently tackles tasks as they arise.
What You'll Do
  • Managing media projects across multiple brands with training and oversight from managers
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and possess a drive to learn all about media project types and processes
  • Understands the team's needs and positions them for successful project execution
  • Recognizes project interdependence and efficiently shares relevant inputs and information across projects as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of Project Management or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leading small- scale products from project start through completion
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working on Agency of record healthcare projects/accounts for pharma brands is a plus

Nice to Have
  • Must be proactive and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a bonus
