Job description

Position Summary

The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the Camping World organization. This individual serves as a key liaison between the centralized marketing team and local dealerships, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and impactful. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally to support sales, service, and retail growth.

Local Dealership Support

  • Review and vet local sponsorship, advertising and community partnership opportunities

  • Support the creation of local advertising, including radio scripts, OOH, print ads, and promotional materials

  • Ensure all local marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards

  • Support communication of National Campaigns in alignment with corporate marketing team

Marketing Request Management

  • Monitor and manage incoming marketing requests from dealership & cross-functional teams

  • Evaluate requests for completeness, alignment with brand standards and goals, and potential impact to business

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute approved requests

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, service, retail, and operations teams to support key initiatives

  • Act as a central point of contact for dealership marketing needs

  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver timely, high-quality assets

  • Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders across the organization

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Partner with marketing leadership and external vendors to uphold brand standards across all marketing channels ]

  • Support marketing billing processes, including invoice tracking, submission, and allocation as needed

  • Maintain organized records of marketing spend across locations and channels

  • Monitor dealership branding and enforce brand standards across locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or administrative marketing support

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, or financial processes preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing or project management tools is a plus

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$56,700.00-$87,000.00 Annual
