Job Description
DSI is currently in the process of interviewing entry-level professionals to join our award winning staff in the role of Technical Recruiter at our corporate office here in Raleigh, NC. We currently offer a competitive benefits package. DataStaff offers medical, dental, and vision coverage options as well as paid vacation, sick, and holiday leave; we also have a 401k program available for employees after 6 months.
We are looking for someone to:
  • Source candidates through various sources (web, employee referrals, internal database, etc.)
  • Thoroughly pre-screen candidates to IT industry standards
  • Schedule applicant activities and coordinate job offers with managers
  • Manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the nation
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of candidates through ongoing networking, and using company's database.
  • Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Excellent PC skills required
  • Must have knowledge of internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and operate with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
  • 1-3 years of temporary staffing/recruiting experience
