Entry-Level Software Developer (Data Engineering Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Developer who is passionate about programming and interested in building a career in data engineering. In this role, you will contribute to the development of software solutions that support data processing, automation, and analytics while working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

This position is ideal for candidates with a solid coding foundation who are eager to learn modern data technologies and grow into a data-focused engineering role.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and backend components.
  • Build and enhance data processing workflows and automation scripts.
  • Develop integrations between applications and data sources.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
