An entry-level Salesforce developer programs tools and applications that rely on or interact with Salesforce software and its cloud computing platforms. The most successful piece of Salesforce software is its customer relationship management (CRM) software, which helps companies and organizations improve client relationships, handle case management, and drive other business intelligence solutions. Your specific responsibilities depend on what type of developing and programming you do, though you likely work under a project manager within a large development team to create add ons and extensions to software, enabling end-users to use Salesforce products more efficiently.
